With over four decades of experience, and a construction legacy dating back to the late 19th century, Grupo Polo represents the evolution of a family lineage devoted to building with precision and foresight. Officially founded in 1951 by Julián Polo in Valladolid, the group was a pioneer in implementing innovative solutions in both residential and industrial developments. In 1983, a fortuitous trip led the family to discover Marbella, in the south of Spain, where they found the perfect setting to develop luxury villas with a bold architectural approach. Since then, Grupo Polo has managed turnkey projects as both developers and project managers, combining technical excellence, urban planning expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. With more than 50,000 m² built and €140 million in project value, the firm – now led by Sofía Polo – remains true to its legacy: creating unique, secure, and high-value properties in exceptional locations.
